These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Braids By Olla's website and booking service. By booking an appointment or creating an account with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due after the service is completed, payable by the methods listed at checkout.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please do so through your account dashboard as early as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
3. Lateness Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled. If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Client Conduct
We ask all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving in an abusive or unsafe manner.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information when booking. We are not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect contact details.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
